This bottle is so pretty! I got the mint colored one and can’t wait to have it personalized with my name. I’m going on a trip soon and needed something that filters water since I can’t water through airport security. It needed to be small, waterproof, and pretty. This water bottle met all of the criterias. Now this is the most important thing about the water bottle: drink out of it like you would with a straw. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use it as if you’re drinking out of a plastic bottle or a sippee cup. If there’s water dripping on your nose you’re using the bottle wrong. If you have to suck really hard and all you’re getting is air you’re using the bottle wrong. Lower the bottle and then drink from it.

I love the new stainless filter bottle by brita! It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the temperature control and non-sweating factors of my stainless tumblers, but also needed something that wouldn’t leak everywhere. The fact that this is a filter bottle is just an added plus for me because of all the lime in the water where I live. This just makes it taste better and keeps it extra cold. It took me a while to convince myself to buy it because of the price tag, but if that’s what is holding you up, just know it’s worth it! Edited to add: it’s super easy to clean, with no strange pieces to trap moisture and build up mold like other similar bottles.

Like: it’s a Britta filter bottle. It’s cup holder friendly and has a handle. It’s not so large so I can carry it at recess duty without tiring. I like that it’s stainless so less worry about plastic - there is still some but it’s less than the hardbody plastic bottle Britta carries. Straw is easy to drink from. Cons: it doesn’t allow for pouring filtered water like a Britta jug would. If you are looking for that option (say, so you can make shakes or a baby’s formula with the water on the go) get a sport bottle from Britta. Small mouth, so my ice maker can’t get the ice in. I have to drop ice in by hand. The inner straw does drip water out when you take it out; be sure to shake out the water before removing the entire straw. Bottom line? It’s a good filter water bottle. Convenient. Quality. Good price. I would buy it again and am considering buying some as gifts.

There were mixed reviews on this insulated steel Brita water bottle so I purchased this one (steel insulated) AND the original plastic, BPA free, Brita water bottle. I LOVE them both! The plastic one for using around home and elsewhere if it's not going to get hot and the steel one for the insulated qualities. The downside to the insulated one is you need to put ice in it or it takes quite a long while to get cold in the frig. BUT if you put ice in it and/or wait until it gets cold in the frig, it STAYS very cold. The mouth piece/straw works very well and is NOT hard to suck on! You need to make sure filter has been prepped (mainly having it wet but follow directions the first time using), the bottle needs to be held vertically (not tipped up) (look at where the bottom of the straw is--if there is not water under it then it cannot come up the straw. Ensure that the cover is NOT ONE TOO TIGHT (think re liquid laundry soap in large dispensing jug---as the jug empties, the cover needs to be opened more for better flow), same too with the water bottle (it shouldn't leak). There was one review complaining that the cover hit her nose and showed a pic with it--the user did not have the cover opened as far as it goes; had it been opened fully, it would not be hitting a nose. The Brita filter does really work thus the little extra time I took figuring out the ins/outs of the bottles, was really worth it to me. Added benefit, the bottles are easy to fit in the cup holders (sleek and slim).

Best water bottle I’ve ever had. I bought the stainless steel version. I paired it with the WaterMinder app on my phone and it’s helped so much with keeping me hydrated and from using plastic bottles. One thing others mentioned that I did figure out is you do have to make sure the inside where the filter is, is clicked into place or you’ll never get a single sip. Also, you do have to suck a couple of times to get the water up through the filter to your mouth after refilling the bottle. The internal straw releases the water when pulled out so be sure to be aware or water will spill out of the straw when you refill.

I bought this bottle for my wife on Christmas because she kept complaining about how the water at her school was the nastiest ever, it tasted like rust and sewers and she's used to drink all day long and now she couldn't without having to buy plastic bottles. Also she tends to go to the gym and said that drinking from a straw was easier while on the machines. So I started looking for a way to fix her problems and found this Brita bottle. I was a bit on the fence before buying it because I saw reviews mentioning 2 main concerns: it would be difficult to drink from it, and mold. I am happy to say that she uses her bottle every day, she loves it, and she's so happy that even the nasty water tastes like good water now! We have a brita pitcher and I was skeptical that drinking water through the filter would be as efficient but it appears to be working wonders. Having bought the stainless steel version, I can confirm it keeps the water cold for a long time, can't wait for summer so that I can try it under a burning sun and see if it competes with my basic Contigo water bottle. It's only been 2 weeks so I'll keep an eye on the mold situation but so far so good.

This water bottle is amazing. It does all the things it says it supposed to do PLUS my mom accidentally ran over it with her car and it STILL WORKS. See pic. She has a Honda Civic 4 door, but still. My local water tastes either dirty or like bleach and this bottle makes it taste good. The filters are easy and inexpensive to replace. Also, not a lot of plastic waste with the filters. I had a camelbak water bottle w filters once and you threw away tons of plastic with the filter. I really like this bottle! Durable!

There’s people complaining about the product not working, lol. No water is going to come out if you tilt the bottle, it just doesn’t work like that. Just leave the bottle upright and suck like you’d normally do when using a straw, and yes, there’s gonna be some resistance, but that’s the compromise of being able to drink filtered water on the go. I suppose you could use the straw mechanism without the filter, but In that case you should’ve just gotten a cheaper non filtered water bottle. This thing is well built, there’s nothing cheap felling about it, everything feels solid. The double wall also keep water cold for quite a long time, the mouth of the bottle is wide enough to throw in some ice cubes, and best of all you don’t get the outside of the bottle wet with condensation. I also like how the bottle fits in my drink holder. Unfortunately for me, it’s a bit too big to drag around with me while running errands around town. If you’re comfortable carrying around the bigger water bottles, then this is the perfect water bottle for you. I usually just travel with the smaller 16oz bottle, or even the smaller bottles since I normally won’t be away from fresh water for long. If I’m going to the gym, then I’d definitely bring this bottle along. I always see people lugging around even bigger water bottle, I’m just used to carrying the much smaller ones. I didn’t pay attention to the size when I purchased this, so that’s on me, this water bottle still gets 5 stars. Thank you.

I bought this because I drank a lot of water bottles and wanted to stop wasting so much plastic. The filter genuinely makes all the water you put in it taste better. I didn't like travel cups before because I felt like it gave the water some sort of "stale" taste, but to me, the water is perfect out of this filter. After about 4-5 months of daily use, the clip part of the lid snapped off (in the picture). Honestly, it was very disappointing and, in my opinion, avoidable if they used a more suitable material on this high-stress area. I emailed them telling them about the problem and their first response back was to tell me that they were sending me a complementary bottle to make up for it, which is great. Now I have two (although one lid doesn't close) and I know they will stand behind their product. I just ordered their 32oz version of this bottle as well. Thanks Brita!

I bough the non-insulated one first and I'm glad I finally upgraded because the non-insulated keeps nothing cold at all. The insulated does not keep things cold as long as something like a yeti cup but it works great for me! I get heart burn drinking tap water and I use filtered water everywhere because of this but where I have been staying a lot lately they don't filter their water and it was a huge downer for me. First because I could taste all of the chemicals and chlorine in the water and because that is all I drink, so for a bit I was using water bottles bought from the store. But that's no good so I found these and got the non-insulated one and it was great! It worked well enough to filter most of the chlorine out and I wasn't sick with it. Then I get the mint green insulated one and it changed my life! Waking up to ice cold water on your bedside is super amazing. I've used it every day and it goes everywhere with me. I can get water from practically anywhere and I can actually feel safe drinking it. Do not hesitate! Get this bottle
